BTU is hiring.
We are a 16-person shop with 10 field technicians, doing commercial boiler service across the five boroughs and New Jersey. The work is diagnostics-heavy: condensing and steam plants, modern controls, and the buildings other contractors could not sort out.
If your instinct on an intermittent fault is to swap components between units and isolate the cause — rather than throw parts at it and hope — this is the right shop.
What we look for
Commercial boiler experience
Hydronic and steam. High-rise multifamily plant experience is a strong fit, but we will talk to anyone with real commercial hours.
Diagnostic instinct
Comfort with combustion analysis, control platforms, and reading a plant rather than guessing at it. We will train on specific platforms.
Reliability on emergency work
We run emergency and after-hours service. Showing up when a building has no heat is the job.
