Boiler Technologies Unlimited Inc. has been in business since 2007. In nineteen years we have never run an ad. Every one of our customers came from someone who had already worked with us and told someone else.
That is the whole credibility story, and we would rather put it plainly than dress it up. A contractor who has grown for nineteen years purely on referral is making a claim a facility manager can verify in about two phone calls to people they already know.
What we actually do well
Troubleshooting
BTU is the company called when someone else couldn’t figure it out. Anyone can walk into a boiler room that is already running and keep it running. Resolving the ones that keep failing is a different job.
Factory-level diagnostics
Modern mod-con plants are control-driven, so we start at the control level. On a problematic job that won’t show itself while we’re there, we swap components between units where the option is available. That gets us to root cause instead of spending your money on parts that might be it.
Documentation
Structured records, standardized equipment tracking, and PM reports a building can actually put in a file and use at inspection time.
Where we work
Commercial-driven boiler service, troubleshooting, and repair across the five boroughs of New York City and New Jersey, with emergency and after-hours service across the full service area. We take limited residential work.
